Our common area for clients/patients includes: waiting room seating,  retail space and promotional area for other health &  wellness advocates. Retail space is available for your products.  Practitioner biography is available for clients/patients to read. 

Signage available to display your business for a nominal fee.

• Part-time rentals are subject to semi-private shared space.
• Full-time rentals qualify for private space.

Room comes with hot/cold hand-washing sink inside of the room, A/C,  heating, washer and dryer access, utilities: garbage and electricity. 

Eating area and break room is separate from working space. Relax on your down-time until your next client (it happens, sometimes).

• 2hr street parking in front of building.
